Change of mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind on DIY kits, cloths or vacuum samplers.
Ordering an incorrect item
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the incorrect kit ordered. If you are not sure what item or kit to order, please contact us for assistance before placing the order.
Damaged or faulty goods
If your kit is damaged or faulty, the item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are applicable within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@nsjenviro.com.au quoting your order number to initiate the returns process.
Undelivered items
We aim to ship all kits within 2 to 5 business days. Should your order not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will replace and re-ship the order to you.
Cancellation of laboratory processing
If you wish to cancel the laboratory processing of your returned order, you should do so immediately by emailing info@nsjenviro.com.au quoting your order number. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply. Any order that has already commenced the laboratory process will not be available for refund.
